In 2025, I joined PWell, a family health tracking app. As the second content designer joining the team, I contributed to various experiences (including our group chat experienced (powered by an LLM). More than anything, I’m very proud to nurtured a supportive, collaborative design culture that was open to my leading the strategy on multiple projects.

Content Design, Onbaording

I created a pseudo chat experience to set up families with a coaching plan, mirroring our in-app, LLM chat

  • I collaborated with PMs, designers, engineers, and research

  • We wanted a simple, conversational onboarding experience that was interactive, concise, and effective

  • Thanks to my fellow CD, we maintained a widely used source-of-truth content doc for eng to look to as designs changed and evolved

Before working on high fidelity designs, I like to create flows in figjam or miro to understand content hierarchy, IA, and general user experience.
